Service Description

Our sports treatments are catered to your individual needs. This is perfect if you are self isolating, or within a tiered area lockdown and need some assistance to ease your aches and pains. This can also be a way of catching up with us and aiding your recovery. Not just for sport injuries, this can be RSI from work, back ache from sleeping badly, knee pain from tripping over the dog. We're here to help with general life injuries.​ Together we work out what you need help with and what we can do about it. We create an action plan through self massage, exercises and stretches to aid your rehabilitation.​ Our treatments are focused on you, and how best to get you to where you want to be!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance of your treatment. Payment will be required for this if it is within the 24 hours. We will take into considerations any extenuating circumstances.
