Together we look at meeting your body where it is at, on the day of treatment (because life is a constant state of change). The aim is to balance the body and mind through holds, energy and massage. In a 120 minute massage we concentrate on each area of your body and massage until it feels ready for us to move on to the next area. Every massage is different and is catered to you and your needs.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance of your treatment. Payment will be required for this if it is within the 48 hours. We will take into considerations any extenuating circumstances.
