We would like to offer a 30 Minute consultation for you to get a feel of our injury managment program, and to get know our amazing staff!

You can find out how we can help you, and tips to aid pain and injury managment. 

What happens in a consultation:

• We take down your injury and medical history, so we can start to jigsaw your body movements in correlation to what you've experianced.
• We ask you to do some exercises and movements so we can see how your body is moving and possible compensating for previouse injuries.
• We then look at how we can help you, and give you a few tips and tricks to aid you in your day to day comfort.

Please be mindful that:

1. This is not a replacement for a full priced treatment, this is just the first step of a normal Injury managment session
2. Massage is not included in the consultation
3. If you would like a massage included you can upgrade it for £25 to create in total an hour booking
4. This is a book only session, but if you would like to pop in please let us know and we can book you in for a chat!
5. We are following Covid-19 Goverment guidelines, so we can not accept walk-in clients if there are others in the clinic.
6. This event still applies within our 24hr cancelation policy, payment will be kept if it is canceled within the 24 hours prior to the consultation booked.
